Edward “The Ninja” Massey is the visionary founder behind Ninja Creative LLP, where combat discipline meets artistic mastery. A professional mixed martial artist, Team USA competitor, and BJJ purple belt, Edward brings the same precision, focus, and intensity from the fight world into every creative project he leads.
With over a decade of martial arts experience, including a career milestone win over the #3 fighter in the world , Edward understands what it means to train with purpose and create with intention. That mindset became the foundation of Ninja Creative LLP: a brand built on discipline, storytelling, and authentic connection.
Outside the cage, Edward is a multi-talented artist specializing in graphic design, illustration, pyrography, photography, athlete branding, and digital media. His work has shaped athletes, small businesses, and community brands across Tennessee and beyond, delivering powerful visuals that elevate identity and bring ideas to life.
As the founder of Team Ninja, he supports rising athletes and business partners through branding, media, and mentorship — building a network rooted in loyalty, opportunity, and growth.

As co-founder, she brings a blend of design expertise, artistic talent, and heartfelt storytelling into everything she creates. With a background in beauty, art, and visual design, Alexis sees creativity in both the big picture and the smallest details.
